Slot Specs

What the provider actually publishes about these games

Search any of these titles and you get pages of specifications: volatility ratings, maximum win multipliers, hit frequencies, bonus buy prices. Very little of it is sourced. Pragmatic Play publishes an RTP figure and a short feature list on each game's own page, and that is the whole of what the studio states publicly. Everything below is quoted from there, with the link.

The provider publishes three things about these games. Everything else you have read was somebody's guess.

Pragmatic Play

Gates of Olympus

96.50%

What the provider states

  • Symbols pay anywhere on the screen across six tumbling reels
  • Multiplier symbols with values up to 500x can land in the base game and free spins
  • During the feature, winning multiplier symbols are added to a total multiplier which is applied to that respective win

Quoted from pragmaticplay.com/en/games/gates-of-olympus, read 2 September 2026.

What that actually means

Two of the three bullets describe the same mechanic from different angles: multipliers do not replace a win, they are summed and then applied to it. A screen full of 10x symbols and a screen with one 500x symbol behave very differently, and the second is far rarer than the marketing around this title implies.

"Pay anywhere" removes paylines, which makes wins feel more frequent while the RTP stays at 96.50%. Frequency and return are separate things, and a game can raise one only by lowering the size of what it pays.

Not published by the provider: volatility rating, maximum win, hit frequency, bonus buy price. Those figures circulate widely and none of them come from Pragmatic Play's own page, so they are not repeated here.

Pragmatic Play

Sweet Bonanza

96.48%

What the provider states

  • 8-12+ matching symbols anywhere on the grid awards up to 50x
  • 4-6 scatters award up to 100x and 10 free spins
  • Multiplier symbols with up to 100x can land during the feature

Quoted from pragmaticplay.com/en/games/sweet-bonanza-slot, read 2 September 2026.

What that actually means

The multiplier ceiling here is 100x, one fifth of the 500x in Gates of Olympus, and the two games publish RTP figures two hundredths of a point apart. Same studio, same tumbling mechanic, similar return, very different top end. Whatever separates them in practice is not visible in the published numbers, which is precisely why the volatility ratings you see quoted elsewhere are worth so little without a source.

Note also that the scatter payout and the free spins are quoted as a single award. 4 to 6 scatters pays up to 100x and grants 10 spins, so the trigger itself is part of the return, not just the door to it.

Not published by the provider: volatility rating, maximum win, hit frequency, bonus buy price.

Pragmatic Play

Starlight Princess

96.50%

What the provider states

  • Land 8-30 matching symbols anywhere on the grid to win prizes
  • Multiplier symbols with values up to 500x can add together
  • 4+ scatters awards 15 free spins where winning multipliers add to a running total

Quoted from pragmaticplay.com/en/games/starlight-princess, read 2 September 2026.

What that actually means

This is the closest thing to a like-for-like comparison on the page. Starlight Princess publishes the same 96.50% RTP and the same 500x multiplier ceiling as Gates of Olympus, and awards 15 free spins where that title's page does not state a spin count at all.

Which is the useful lesson. Two titles, same published return, same multiplier ceiling, different presentation. If a review tells you one is high volatility and the other medium, ask where that came from, because it did not come from the studio.

Not published by the provider: volatility rating, maximum win, hit frequency, bonus buy price.

PG Soft

Mahjong Ways

No sourced figure

Mahjong Ways is searched in Malaysia at a similar rate to Sweet Bonanza, so leaving it out would be a strange omission on a page about these titles. It is included with nothing filled in, for a reason worth stating plainly.

PG Soft's website returns HTTP 403 to requests from Malaysia, with the message "denied by region block". The studio's published figures cannot be read from here at all. Every RTP and volatility rating you will find for Mahjong Ways on a Malaysian site was copied from somewhere, and the trail usually ends at another site that also copied it.

So this entry stays empty until the figure can be read from the studio. An empty row is a fact about what is knowable. A filled row with no source is a guess wearing a number.

What you can still do is the same thing the other three sections ask for: open the game at your casino and read the RTP in its own information screen. That figure is real, it is specific to the build you are playing, and it does not depend on anyone publishing anything.

Not published, not obtainable from here: RTP, volatility, maximum win, hit frequency, bonus buy price. Attempted 2 September 2026, blocked by region.

Evidence

An operator that publishes its lower configuration

Everything above says the provider figure is a ceiling and that operators can license lower configurations without displaying the choice. That is easy to assert and worth very little unless it can be shown. Here it can.

Sky Vegas states on its own Gates of Olympus page that the game has an RTP of 94.50%. Pragmatic Play publishes 96.50% for the same title. Both statements are true at the same time, because they describe different builds of the same game.

  • "The Gates of Olympus slot has an RTP of 94.50% and high volatility."

Quoted from skyvegas.com/game/gates-of-olympus-vpr, appearing in Google results for "gates of olympus" on 3 September 2026.

What the gap costs

Two percentage points. On RM1,000 of turnover that is RM20 more expected cost for playing what looks like the same game. Over RM10,000 of turnover it is RM200.

Sky Vegas is not doing anything hidden here. It publishes the figure, which is more than most operators do. That is exactly why it is useful as evidence: it proves the configurations exist and differ, and it shows what disclosure looks like when an operator chooses to disclose.

The uncomfortable version of the same point: if one operator can be found publishing 94.50% simply by reading its page, the operators that publish nothing are not therefore running 96.50%. They are running something they have not said.

Method

Why this page is four games and not four hundred

The obvious version of this site is a page per slot, several hundred of them, each with a table of specifications. That version is easy to build and worth very little, because the specifications would have to come from somewhere and there is nowhere to get most of them.

What the provider publishes per game is an RTP and three or four sentences. Everything else in a typical slot review, the volatility rating especially, is either taken from another review or invented. A hundred pages of that is not a database. It is a hundred repetitions of an unsourced number.

So this page covers four titles, chosen because they have measurable search demand in Malaysia, and says only what can be attributed. Where a figure cannot be sourced the row stays empty and the reason is stated.

Sources

  • RTP and feature text: each game's own page at pragmaticplay.com, read on 2 September 2026, linked in each section.
  • Mahjong Ways: no source available, see that section.
  • A wider table of provider-published RTP across 47 Pragmatic Play titles is at the RTP database.

Providers revise configurations without announcements, so a figure is accurate as of the date it was read and no longer. If a source link disagrees with this page, the source link is right.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is the RTP of Gates of Olympus?

Pragmatic Play publishes 96.50% on the game's own page. That figure is the top configuration of the title. Operators can license a lower one, so the number shown inside the game at your casino is the one that applies to your session. Check it in the game's information screen and compare.

Is Sweet Bonanza or Gates of Olympus better?

On published figures they are nearly identical: 96.48% against 96.50%, a difference of two hundredths of a percentage point, which is about RM0.20 per RM1,000 wagered. The visible difference is the multiplier ceiling, 100x on Sweet Bonanza and 500x on Gates of Olympus. Neither studio publishes a volatility rating, so any review ranking them on volatility is using a number it did not get from the provider.

Why is there no volatility or max win on this page?

Because Pragmatic Play does not publish either on the game pages these figures were read from. Those numbers circulate widely and are usually copied between affiliate sites without an original source. Leaving the field empty is the only honest option when the provider has not stated a value.

What is the RTP of Mahjong Ways?

Not stated here, because PG Soft's website returns HTTP 403 with "denied by region block" to requests from Malaysia, so the studio's own figure cannot be read. Rather than copy a number from a site that also copied it, the entry is left empty. The RTP inside the game at your casino is readable and is the figure that applies to you.

Is there proof an operator runs a lower RTP than the provider publishes?

Yes, and it is public. Sky Vegas states on its own Gates of Olympus page that the game has an RTP of 94.50%, while Pragmatic Play publishes 96.50% for the same title. Both are accurate, because they describe different licensed builds. The gap is two percentage points, about RM20 more expected cost per RM1,000 wagered. Operators that publish nothing are not therefore running the top configuration; they are running something they have not stated.

How do I check the real RTP of a slot I am playing?

Open the game, then open its own information screen, usually the i icon, a burger menu, or "Game Rules" in the settings panel. The RTP is stated in the paytable or rules section and reflects the build your operator deployed. Compare it against the provider figure on this page. If the in-game number is lower, you are on a downgraded configuration.

Does this page save what I enter?

Yes, in your own browser using localStorage. The casino names and RTP figures you log stay on that device, are not uploaded anywhere, and nobody else can see them. They do not follow you to another phone or browser.
